Curious mind. Clear writing.
Complex topics made simple.

25 years of experience turning technology into stories that inform, convince and stick.

I’ve been writing about technology for over 25 years. Not because I’m a technologist, but because I’m endlessly curious about the people, decisions and consequences behind it.

I started my career in 2001 at VNU, one of the Netherlands’ leading media companies, and have been a Dutch correspondent for Computer Weekly for over a decade. Today I write for international publications including The Register, ComputerWeekly, ICT Magazine and Techzine, covering cybersecurity, AI and European tech policy. Alongside my journalism, I produce commercial content for companies that need a writer who understands technology without losing sight of the reader.

I ask the right questions. I find the story. And I write it in a way that sticks.
